What can be returned

• Stock items — uncombinated cores and key blanks — in new, unused condition and original packaging, within 30 days of shipment.
• Items shipped in error by DEMONT, and items that are defective (see the warranty in our Terms of Sale).

What can't be returned

• Made-to-order items: combinated or keyed cores and cylinders, and cut keys (keyed alike, keyed different, master keyed and control keys) — they are made for your key system.
• DEMONT+ dealer-keyway products, except when defective or shipped in error.
• Items that have been installed, pinned, altered or damaged after delivery.

How to return

1. Contact DEMONT with your order number and the items to return. We'll send a Return Authorization (RA) number — returns without one may be refused.
2. Pack the items securely with the RA number on the outside of the box.
3. Ship to: DEMONT Cores, 405 Ross Rd, Eighty Four, PA 15330. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is DEMONT's error or a warranty claim.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to the original card or credited to your account within 10 business days of receipt.
• Returns of stock items for reasons other than DEMONT's error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to DEMONT's error.

Damaged or missing items

Report shortages, wrong items or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.
